How does the 0–300 student slab work?

Every plan includes up to 300 active enrolled students under the flat annual license fee (₹10,000 for Startup, ₹15,000 for Premium, or ₹20,000 for Enterprise). If your college currently has 150 or 250 students, you only pay the flat fee without any per-student calculations.

What happens if our enrollment crosses 300 students?

Once enrollment exceeds 300 students, simple per-student annual pricing applies: ₹35/student for Startup, ₹50/student for Premium, and ₹70/student for Enterprise. For example, for 1,000 students on the Enterprise plan, your annual investment is exactly 1,000 × ₹70 = ₹70,000.

Are WhatsApp messages included or extra?

Each plan includes an initial WhatsApp broadcast quota (2,000 for Startup, 5,000 for Premium, and 50,000 for Enterprise). Once exhausted, institutions can recharge message credits at official Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API wholesale rates without any vendor surcharge.

Is biometric hardware included or can we connect existing machines?

Biometric driver modules and TCP/IP auto-sync software are completely included. Institutions can connect existing Realtime, eSSL, or ZKTeco biometric machines across campus LAN/Wi-Fi or procure pre-configured terminals directly from us at discounted institutional pricing.

Are taxes included in the displayed fees?

As per Government of India statutory rules for enterprise software, all quoted charges are subject to 18% GST. Official GST tax invoices with Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility are issued for all registered institutional accounts.

Can we upgrade our plan midway during the academic session?

Yes, absolutely. Colleges can upgrade from Startup to Premium or Enterprise at any point during the session. You only pay the pro-rata difference for the remaining months of your license, with instant unlock of mobile apps, exam, or library modules.
